In a mixing bowl, whip together the whipped topping,
sour cream and sugar on medium speed.
In a separate bowl, combine coffee and liqueur. Add 3
tablespoons of the coffee mixture to the cream mixture.
Dip one side of each ladyfinger into remaining coffee
and layer sides and bottom of a 9-inch loaf pan with the
lady fingers. Spread cream mixture over ladyfingers.
Dust with half the cocoa powder. Dip remaining
ladyfingers in coffee and layer on top of cream. Dust
with remaining cocoa powder. Chill for 2 to 3 hours or
until set. Decorate with strawberries drizzled
