1 cup mayonnaise

2 14 oz. cans
artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2 cups parmesan
cheese

3 6 oz. cans
crab meat

1/2 cup seasoned
buttered breadcrumbs, divided
Mix all ingredients and
put into a 1 1/2 quart dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 325* for 20
minutes or until hot and slightly golden. A little more mayo can be
